Questions
Does paying change how my products appear in the app?
No. On every plan, results replace the category average when they meet our provenance standards: an accredited lab, a reported detection limit, the right analyte species and recent lots. Plans buy tools, not standing.
Why is pricing based on my whole catalog?
So disclosing another product never costs you more. Your band depends on how many products your brand sells, not how many you list on Purus.
What counts as a product?
Each distinct formulation. Sizes of the same product count once; flavors count separately.
What does Certified cost?
A program fee plus lab costs at cost. The fee depends on how many products you certify, which analytes we test and how often. Talk to us for a quote.
Can I change bands?
Yes, anytime from your billing page. Upgrades are prorated.
How is my data used?
Published results also feed anonymized category benchmarks, on every plan.
