Your lab results, in front of the shoppers who check.
Purus users scan what they eat to see calories, macros and their estimated exposure to lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, glyphosate and pesticides. Publish your certificates of analysis, and shoppers who scan your products see your own results instead of a category average.

Swap our estimate for your real numbers.
Until you publish, a scan of your product shows a category average. Your COA replaces it with your own results, higher or lower.
An average of other products
Shoppers see an estimate built from test results for similar products, not yours.
Your numbers, for your lot
Shoppers see the results your COA reports, with the date the lot was tested.
Illustration only: the bars show the idea, not real results.
Three steps to publish.
- 01
Add your products
Create a free brand account, then add each product with a barcode for every size you sell.
- 02
Upload your COAs
Upload the certificate of analysis for each lot as a PDF. Purus reads the results for you, so there’s nothing to retype.
- 03
Shoppers see your numbers
When someone scans your barcode in the Purus app, your lab results replace our category averages for that product.

Shoppers see what you found and when. Not who ran the test.
Your lab relationships stay yours. And if something’s wrong after you publish, fix it: serving size, category and every other product detail stay editable.
- Your results per contaminant
- The date each lot was tested
- A “Brand-submitted” label
- Your lab’s name
- The report number
- The COA document itself
Two ways to prove
what’s really in it.
When a brand joins Purus, their verified results replace our population averages, so shoppers see the truth for that exact product.
Bring your own COAs.
Brands upload their own certificates of analysis. We read the results and show them on the product page and in-app, with the date each lot was tested.
- ✓ Brand-submitted lab certificates
- ✓ Results read straight from your COA
- ✓ Ingredient & sourcing disclosure
- ✓ Marked “Brand-submitted” for shoppers
We test it ourselves.
Products are pulled and sent to accredited third-party labs, lot by lot. Results replace the averages with real numbers, and earn the Purus Certified seal.
- ✓ Independent, accredited lab testing
- ✓ Lot by lot, not one-and-done
- ✓ Real values replace averages in-app
- ✓ Certified seal across app & marketplace
What does it cost to publish our results?
Nothing. Creating a brand account, adding products and uploading COAs is free, and sign-up doesn’t ask for a card. Paid plans add deeper analytics and the right to publish benchmark claims; see brand pricing for details.
What do shoppers see when they scan our product?
Your results for each contaminant your COA covers, labelled as a brand-submitted lab test with the date the lot was tested. Nutrition still comes from USDA data, as it does for every food in the app.
What if our results are higher than the category average?
Shoppers see your results as your COA reports them, higher or lower. Real numbers for your exact product are what transparency means, and they replace an estimate built from other products.
Do shoppers see our lab’s name or the COA itself?
No. Shoppers see your results and the test date. The lab’s name, the report number and the COA document stay private.
Can we fix a mistake after publishing?
Yes. You can edit a product, including its serving size and category, at any time from the brand portal.
What is the difference between Transparent and Certified?
With Transparent, you bring your own COAs and they are labelled brand-submitted. With Certified, Purus buys your products at retail and tests them at accredited labs, and every result publishes, pass or fail.
Publishing your results is free.
Add a product and upload your first COA in a few minutes.
